We will work with your design (or assist with designing an appropriate costume if needed) and our fabric samples to make a sample costume.  Once the sample costume is approved, we will give you an estimate of the cost of labor and materials.  Should the costume be approved, we will begin production on all the costumes, making the patterns ourselves, and will give you a final break-down of the per-costume cost for your records.  For groups located outside our immediate area this process can work through mail and phone conversations, but you will have to provide us with the measurements of all your group members.  We have outfitted all sizes and genders, but obviously the fit will depend on how accurate the measurements we have been given are.

While we can not produce full runs of flags and be cost effective, we can make patterns of your flag designs for your use.  We can turn the design into a pattern in about a week (depending on mailing times) and will produce patterns for flags up to 65" in length for $20 a piece.  Larger flags or specialty items will be priced once we see the design.  All pieces will be labeled with the piece number, color (if provided on the design), your school's name and the year, as well as indicators as to the direction the piece is supposed to go in terms of the full flag.

If you are in our area, we are more than happy to bring our services to your flag makers and host an informational seminar on flag cutting, sewing, and finishing.  For this, we can make the patterns (costs listed above) or work with patterns you have.  The reason we offer this service is because in the years that we have been making flags for our local marching band, we have been able to produce flags at $9 to $11 a piece using volunteer seamstresses.  This is an excellent way to free up some funds that could be used for other items rather purchasing flags.  Please contact us for more information.
